As a fulfilment company we will handle all your fulfilment needs, stock control, order processing and customer service. You will then be free to focus on marketing and developing your products.
We make sure that all stock entering our premises, (whether it is onsite or offsite) is fully insured, kept at an even temperature & in a perfect condition. We pride ourselves on ‘housing’ your stock in the best possible environment.
Once we have received your stock we can start the storage and management process. We will check your stock into our warehouse noting any damages or shortages and notify you immediately of the total stock available for sale.
Depending on the size and frequency of your orders we will determine how much stock will be housed ‘onsite’ within easy reach of the ‘Pick and Packing area’ the rest of your stock will be placed in our ‘offsite’ storage facility, to be collected as and when necessary.
We have the latest technology so are able to connect our system to retrieve your ecommerce orders, whilst also processing orders via, email, post or telephone. If the orders are automatically routed to us we can almost guarantee immediate processing. If an order is received before 2pm it will leave our premises the same day by whichever shipment method you choose.
Occasionally we receive calls from customers who have just placed an order & are very pleasantly surprised to hear that their order has been processed and is ready for dispatch. In most cases this is normal.
All returned items are processed the same day, you will be informed of all the details necessary to make a decision on a refund or an exchange. If the item is in good condition it will be returned into stock. If the condition is deemed to be damaged it will be held for your inspection or discarded as per your instructions. Once this process is done and if a refund is agreed we will process the refund accordingly.
